JOB DESCRIPTION – Roma Versitas Kosovo Project Assistant
Job title: Project Assistant
About project: “Communities’ Rights and Youth Awareness for Roma, Ashkali and Egyptians in Kosovo”.
The proposal is specifically concerned with the promotion and awareness of vulnerable populations’ rights through its overall project goal to promote understanding of fundamental rights amongst Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian communities in Kosovo.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Assist in implementation of all activities within the projects implemented by RV Kosovo
Assist in project activity and research
Conduct thorough desk research
Assists in preparing final narrative reports
Responsible for all logistics with regard to projects’ activities
Responsible to update the monitoring and evaluation database for project

Place: Prishtina
Starting date: Oktober 2019 Duration: 10 months
Status: Part time
- Key qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree on social sciences
At least one year of working experience in project implementation in Kosovo local NGOs
Knowledge of social and political context of Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian Communities in Kosovo.
Excellent speaking and writing skills in Albanian and English, while Serbian language is
an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ready to work in a diverse and dynamic working environment
