Avni Mustafa is born in Kosovo/Plemetina back in 1987, Plemetina is a small multiethnic village; so that is reason why Avni speaks 4 languages Romanes, Albanian, English and Serbian. As a young activist he started to work as a manager for local NGO Romano Resaipe. During his work on Romano Resaipe he publish a book called “The needs and problems of Romaa Ashkalis and Egyptians in municipality of Obilc.
Avni is human rights activist, trainer, Avni is finishing his studies in Pjeter Budi Collage, he is studying Management and Marketing. Back in 2013, he was working as Program Officer and late on as Senior Program officer for Roma Versitas Kosovo program, in the previous period he was working as journalist for Public Service of Kosovo, he was also involve on the BSF/K (Balkan Sunflowers Kosovo) activities; he was production manager. With BSF production he made more than 50 reportages related to the Roma life in Kosovo and Macedonia and inclusion of the Roma in Kosovo society. Avni Mustafa was the director of the short documentary film “Our Journey”, He is also involve on the activities such is; Community Counsel, Rolling Film Festival (Festival made by and about Roma in Kosovo) during the shouting of Cikore Filmya/Saml Films he worked as a Trainer and Production Manager.
